Unity button greyed out after upgrading to 4.1.4

I have Fusion 4.1.4 running on a MacBook Air 11", 2012 model.

After upgrading to 4.1.4 I cannot select Unity mode any more.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Reinstall VMware Tools within the guest OS.
