Unable to start or install Guest OS

I've been trying to install windows 10 using fusion for quite some time now, to no avail. The windows installation simply gets stuck on the initial spinning circle, the circle freezes up, and then never continues. Running Mac OS X 10.15.4, fresh OS X install. Tried reinstalling Fusion, and tried re-downloading the windows 10 .iso file. Looking for any help as I can't think of anything else to try.

Sadly that doesn't help as the machine is being created correctly, just refuses to start.

OK, then attach the vmware.log file from the virtual machine's folder.
