Unable to retrieve kernel symbols,Failed to initialize monitor device.

I didn't shutdown my virtual machine,I update my macos to Monterey. But when i run the virtual machine again,it reports the error:Unable to retrieve kernel symbols,Failed to initialize monitor device.

What should i do to fix this problem?

You posted in the wrong area, I have reported your thread so a moderator should move it.

As for your problem, looks like you might need to update Fusion for it to work with Monterey: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2088571

Since you didn't shutdown the VM prior to the host OS upgrade, it is likely in a suspended state right now.
What you can do, is to force power off the VM, so that it does a clean boot at power on.

What version of Fusion are you running, and what version of macOS were you running before the upgrade to Monterey?
