Here is the situation. I have setup 2 accounts on my Early 2008 15" 2.5GHz MBP with 6GB RAM and 640GB HD running Mac OS X 10.6.7 Snow Leopard. One account is the administrator account that was created with the installation of the OS. The second account is a user account created by the Migration Assistant. I placed the VMs in the /Users/Shared/Virtual Machines folder I created to allow both accounts to run the VMs w/o having to have separate copies of the VMs for each account. I can run the VMs under one account, but not the other.
It seems to me that Fusion should ask upon installation whether I want multiple users to be able to run the application. Anyway... I am stuck. I tried making everything in /Users/Shared/Virtual Machines Read/Write for everyone so that should open the door for Everyone to access the folder and files under it. Any ideas or direction would be deeply appreciated.
