Unable to install run Fusion 13 on macOS Sonoma 14.0

Downloaded, ran installer, clicked on VMWare Fusion and I received "You can't open the application "VMWare Fusion" because it may be damaged or incomplete."

Mac Mini M2 Pro with latest Sonoma beta.

I've tried this with Sonoma betas as well as the released 14.0 and have seen none of this.There is something really funny going on here if you can't install the product by double-clicking the icon that appears when you open the .dmg file and after Sonoma mounts the disk image.

Is macOS running as US English, or is macOS configured to use some other language variant? Is this a clean macOS install, or an upgraded version from something older?

- I had the same issue;

- solved:

1. drag the image file on your desktop

2. double-klick on it;

3. a installer window will appear;

4. do not double-klick on it, drag the "WMware Fusion"-App in your Program-Folder;

5. you will be asked for your credentials;

6. now double-klick on the VMware-Fusion-Icon in your Program-Folder and it will install it without problem.

Finder->Applications->Right click on "VMWare Fusion"->Click on "Show package contents"->Contents->MacOS->Double click on "VMWare Fusion" (Executable file)

Verwende Fusion "13.5".

Bei mir auf MBAir 2023 mit Sonoma 14.0 funktionieren die Linux VMs, allerdings (natürlich) nur die entsprechenden arm64 Linux Versionen.
