Unable to access USB in VM OS

Hi,

I have windows 7 and install windows Server 2008 in my VMWare workstation but can't access my USB from windows Server 2008. Could someone please help me.

Does it shoe on the small icons bottom left that the USB is connected

Also, sometimes you need to assign a drive letter manually in Win 2008 server

So go to you disk management and see if you can see it there

I have the USB icon in right side. One things I have notice you that I have reinstall my Main operating system after that I am not getting the USB connection

in my VMware OS. I have also add USB driver from VM setings but It's not working.
