Ubuntu 9.0.4 and KDE 4.2.2
When I run Ubuntu with the native Gnome desktop, it's perfectly formatted for my macbook air screen,
I added KDE, and when I run a session, the display acts like it's having a seizure Bars, static, resizing several times. Finally settling on a screen size waaay to high rez.
Then after logging in, the screen doesn't cover the left or right side for about an inch. (a 4x3 monitor style, instead of the 16x9 of the macbook air)
Any idea what is wrong, and why one desktop can tell the proper monitor size, and the other can't.
