I updated from 8.5 to 10 and the system stoped recognising the serial ports. I tried almost everything that is suggested in a few post.
the only solution was going back to 8.5 and retrieving a previous version of the VM
I cannot understand how you can release a system that is not fully operational. I really needed the serial to communicate with a development system.
Are you planning an update ?, is there a way you reimburse the cost of the update until you get a fully functional version?
