UK Macbook keymap

Hello all,

I have a UK Macbook and am testing VMWare Fusion with Windows XP.

I cannot seem to get my keymap correct. I want a pound sign with shift-3 and hash sign with control-3 as well as the slashes and so on working. Does anybody know where to get a keymap that will do this? I downloaded the keymap editor but it does not correctly assign some of the keys Smiley Sad

Any advice much appreciated.

Same problem here. I've tried installing the keyboard map created by another user on the forum, as well as the Bootcamp keyboard drivers. I now have the options for 'United Kingdom - Apple MBP' (which is the one created by the forum user) and 'United Kingdom - Apple MBP - Custom' (which is one I created with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator)... but neither works properly. The best luck I've had so far is to use the standard 'United Kingdom' layout and just learn the incorrect keys by experimentation.

Surely someone has found a better/more reliable way to do this. I hesitate to add that the keyboard is mapped properlly in Parallels, so I know it's possible! :smileymischief:
