Trouble with Multi line Signs

I work for Ithaca College in the print center. We are rolling out an online submission platform and have some customized documents per department. One of which is a slide in sign that we want the text to autosize and have up to three lines. The problem is, when the customer is inputting the text, they cannot carriage return to the next line.

Our rules look like this:

if (!Copyfit(new MagnifyAttributes("text", 25, 400, 6, 72)))

    ReportWarning("Could not copyfit text in flow " +

                  FusionPro.Composition.CurrentFlow.name);

We've been through the manual.

You posted your question in the VMware Fusion sub forum which is a forum about virtualisation software.

Eg. software to run another operating system on top of OS X on your Mac.

I'm afraid it has nothing to do with "FusionPro" the product, which I think is from Adobe?

Personally I never heard about it before, but maybe it is this one?  FusionPro® VDP Creator - Marcom.com ?

Anyways better to try your question on a forum that discusses the adobe related product, I do not think you'll get an answer on that printing question down here.
