Tastemaker on Steam won't install. Help, please?

Hi, so I've finally got my vmware account and I'm not sure where to start in order to play Tastemaker on steam. I'm on 3.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5  ----- Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 1536 MB ---- 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3. If anyone can post a link to instructions and step by step on how to use vmware for steam gaming on Mac? Thank you for your time.

That's a very marginal machine to run a virtual machine, let alone run games...it's short on CPU, GPU and RAM.  The goal is to always leave at least 1 core and 4GB of ram for the host, and a windows 10 guest needs 2 cores and 4GB to run well.

If you want to try, it's as simple as installing steam inside a windows virtual machine and playing the game in there.  Fusion should automatically set the proper mouse settings, and you can try toggling the 'enable 3d acceleration' option to see if it makes a difference.
