Suspended VM fails to load

My VM will not load.  It is in a suspended state.  these are the screen shots i get.

Fusion 3.1  Mac 10.6.8

Windows 7

4MD RAM

I would try the following...

With VMware Fusion closed, open the Virtual Machine Package and delete the following:

*.lck
Mad VM 7.vmem
Mad VM 7.vmss

Note: This will be like pulling the plug on a physical machine in that anything not save to disk when the Virtual Machine was suspended will be lost.

Reboot the Mac.

Open VMware Fusion and try running the Virtual Machine.
