Support for Fusion: "'Account' is a required field."

Hi,

Wondering if anyone else has run into this trying to open a support request for Fusion:

'Account' is a required field. Please enter a value for the field. (SBL-DAT-00498)

No matter what I try or which browser I use (Firefox and IE), this continues to pop up.
