Still cannot use shared folder after I install vmware-tools

OS: MacOS Big Sur 11.0.1

Professional Version 12.1.0 

Vitual machine OS: Ubuntu 20.04

It looks like I've installed vmware tools successfully.

After I rebooted the machine, I still got this warning
