Starting a Win11 VM in Fusion 13.01 and MAC OS Ventura 13.3 ejects external hard drives

I am running Win11 ARM with Fusion 13.01. on a M1 MacBook Pro. Everything was running fine until the latest MAC OS-Update to 13.3. Now every time I start the Win11 VM it ejects the external drive which are connected to my MacBook. I consequently get the error message that the drives have not been ejected properly. Does anyone else see the same and have a solution?

I solved the issue after posting. A reset of the stored USB actions seems to be the solution.
