Spastic Cursor

I just installed Fusion 7 on a Mac Mini running Mavericks 10.9.4. - 16GB RAM, i7 processor, 250 GB SSD + 1TB hard drive.

My Windows 7 VM opens like always, but the cursor has a donut shaped "wait" icon that is continually flashing on the screen - like some process is running.

I'd like to get rid of that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This problem has been resolved - I think the processor was busy indexing the new installation of Fusion and the cursor no longer is a problem after a couple of days.
