So, I've got Windows 95C running in VMware Fusion 1.1.3. Three times now, I've tried installing the Sound Blaster PCI128 Audio Driver (SBPCI128Setupus_w9x.exe) and have received a BSOD in return. After reboot, I've had to go into safe mode, remove the driver & setup.exe file & hope that everything works out on a normal boot. Twice I've had to redo the Virtual Machine from scratch due to getting the message "Windows Protection error. You need to restart the computer." It then goes back to the menu of how I want to boot up windows.
Is there any way to get the correct audio driver to install? Any help would be greatly appreciated
