Snapshots of Mac OS VMs on a Mac OS Monterey on Apple M1 Max chip

Hello, I just got a new Macbook pro with Mac OS Monterey on Apple M1 Max chip. I need to run Mac OS VMs and create snapshots. I tried using Parallels but snapshots are not supported yet in Parallels for Mac OS Monterey on Apple M1 Max chip. I would like to know if VMware Fusion would work for me.

No.  The only version of Fusion which will work on an M1 chip Mac is the Tech Preview.  And Mac virtual machines are not currently supported.
