Skype for Business - poor sound quality

I do have Fusion 10.0.1 installed on a Mac OS "High Sierra (10.13.1) and on it running a Windows 10 with Skype for Business 2016. I tried every possible setting for my headset, but the sound quality is still very poor....! For the Horizon client there is a virtualization pack for Skype for Business. Does this exists as well for the Fusion client?

Running the same headset with the Skype client on the Mac OS, everything works fine - so it isn't an issue with the installed headset.

Thanks in advance for some feedback.

There's no equivalent for the Skype patch that we have for Horizon because it's very different architecture. (remote vs. local).

As for Skype in your case, have you tried adding more CPU cores to the VM?

Hi cheggler,

Is it a USB headset? If yes, did you pass it into VM?
