The guest system is windows.
A device is connected to the guest system to access the Internet, there is also a connection to a VPN.
It is necessary for the macOS host to access the Internet through a network tun\tap VPN adapter.
On Windows everything is done in 2 clicks. In vmware network is made host only, the network is shared, the gateway on the host machine and everything works.
On macOS the network is configured in some other way, there is no vmware adapter in the network devices.
The only thing that looks like the right network adapter on the macos host is bridge100. But it is not configurable.
