I need to connect to a Windows Terminal Server from Windows only (requires an ActiveX). Once there I would like to send the ctrl-alt-break key sequence to open the terminal session in full screen mode. On my MacBook Pro I do not have the pause/break key. Apple's Boot Camp help page suggest that no key equiv is available (unless I use an external keyboard). I have tried to use a key remapper from Softarium but without success. I really want to avoid using a Windows computer if at all possible 
Any hints?
