Does VM Fusion support the secondary monitor properly. If I go into display properties on my Windows desktop I get the appropriate option to "extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor" but nothing seems to actually happen.
You need to be using Fusion 2.0 with updated Tools. As said, multiple monitors only works in fullscreen mode. Toggle this by using View > Use All Displays in Full Screen, not via the Display control panel.
