Hi there,

Couple of things to keep in mind:

1. Pls make sure you download and install the latest binaries from www.vmware.com/mac. The latest build is 51348.

2. During the installation or after, pls be sure to enter the serial key you received when you bought the product.

You should be good to go after that.
