I can't pin down which version I started seeing this issue (time frame late 2020), but I'm consistently getting the following error on my Fusion RHEL (and CentOS) VMs when trying to access yum repositories:
curl#56 - "SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code."
I think I've pinned it down to being a Fusion issue as I've tried VMs on the following alternatives and do not get the same errors:
VirtualBox on the same Mac
VM Workstation on a Windows PC on the same home network
RedHat Virtual Machine Manager on a separate server on the same home network
