SOLVED - Create a virtual machine does not work

UPDATE
I tried to create a virtual machine again a day after, then it went ok without any inches. I don't know why it didn't work out at the first attempt.

Hi! I'm a newbie here, so let me know if I chose the wrong board location.

I just installed a Personal License for VMWare Fusion and iso. file for Windows 10. I want to code C# on Mac so I want to get VMWare and Visual Studio 2022 working. 

I hit the wall in the process of "Create a new virtual machine" (see the screenshot below). As per blue rectangle, the spinning wheel stays like more than 5 minutes. The "next" (Weiter) button is greyed out so I could not proceed to create a virtual machine. 

Is there any workaround other than just waiting for the "Next" button to be clickable?

Just to make sure, you're on an intel mac, correct?

Actually, this is solved. I tried creating a VM a day after once again, this time it worked without any inches. I didn't know why the spinning wheel came out at my first attempt.
