Can you please help which is the best mode with the least memory or resource usage on the host?

Hi,

Single Window and Full Screen are comparable in regards to resource usage. I would expect the Full Screen option to be a little better.

If you use Unity then more resources are used and performance is worse (this option is only available on Windows hosts and windows guests)
