Request: Port of vmware-cmd

As a developer, it would be very useful to be able to script Fusion with vmware-cmd. In particular the usual operations of register, unregister, power on/off, guest os shutdown, suspend/resume, device connect/disconnect, and, ... snapshot.

Side note: VPC 2004 is somewhat scriptable in this regard and so is VMware Server. I actually don't use Workstation so I'm not aware if this is asking for parity or more than Workstation.

I cannot comment on what will or will not be in the final release of Fusion, but thanks for letting us know that this feature is important to you.
