Register Fusion 13 on customer center

i have buy on vmware store fusion 13, was able to download and install it, become a new license key, was able to install this key on my computer. But register this new license on my customer center don't work.

The error messages is:

This is not a valid Serial Number/License Activation Code
Please include all hyphens and do not add blank spaces.

I have copy/paste the serial number/license Number from the email from vmware store without blanks and begin or end.

What is to do? Have any other customers the same problems?

I'm confused... if you purchased the software through VMware, then the license should already BE on your account under Customer Connect.
