Product purchase refund

Cannot get Windows 11 ARM to run. I will not be able to, or need to run Fusion. After two days I gave up and bought a real PC. The "Customer Support" was  a worthless bot that simply regurgitated the manual page. This company has the one of the worst customer service I have experienced.

Can I get a refund?

As your post needs moving to the area for Fusion, I have reported it to the volunteer moderators.

Have you checked through all the tips here? https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-Fusion-Documents/The-Unofficial-Fusion-13-for-Apple-Silicon...

Have you asked for help here within the Communities? (The area for Fusion)

I am having the same miserable experience.  VMware does reply back to my support request.  Ended up filing a dispute charge with the credit card company.

VMware Fusion 13.0.2 (for Intel-based and Apple Silicon Macs) does not work for my Mac Studio. I need a refund because I cannot use this App. Anyone with an idea of how to request a refund?

open a VMware Support Request to request a refund.  it may take a week for the initial response.
