Problme with Internet Sharing using Fusion 13 on Silicon-based Mac

I am using Fusion 13 on a Silicon-based Macbook Air with Windows 13 installed  on Fusion 13.

Internet sharing works if the MAc is on a cabled internet.

But if only on WIFI, I cannot get it to work.

So does Internet Sharing only works on a cabled Mac`

Thanks!

Did you follow all the instructions in the unofficial guide to build your guest VM?  If not, I'd suggest starting over and using those.  There's a lot of fiddly bits and nuances to get the current iteration of drivers working properly.

Can you explain exactly what you mean by "internet sharing"?

How do you have your virtual network card configured:

What's exactly happening? Is the VM getting an IP address? If it does, is it not communicating with the outside world?

Thansk for your answer.

By Internet sharing I mean that the guest OS (Windows 11) use the Internet of the Mac.

And the network adapter is configured as shown by your picture.

Thanks for your answer.

I think I did follow the instructions and Windows 11 works fine.
