Hi, i've imported a virtual machine from parallels, but i have 2 problems:
1. When i rebbot XP, the xp installation freeze in bios loading, every time i make a reboot.
2. When i open the shared folders (folders that are on my MAC), there are a lack in the opening... 5-6 second for open a folder!
My sistem is an iMac 2,8 GHz with 4 GB RAM.
The installation is a parallels VM imported in FUSION 2.0.
The Parallels VM was created from BOOT CAMP, and when XP is loading (black screen) i can see 2 different profile (the preferite is PARALLELS, the 2nd is XP native).
Can you help me please?
Now i'm testing Fusion, if all is ok i buy 2 licenses....
P.S. Sorry fom my bad english.... (there are an italian forum about Fusion ?!?)

Try this:
go to My computer
there, in the menu, Tools > Map network drive
Drive: Z:, Folder:
.host\Shared Folders
Select Reconnect at logon
Click Finish
Now try accessing the "Z:" drive in Windows explorer (i.e. in the My Computer window you opened) and see if it still takes such a long time

Not really aware of one, but I am sure people here really don't mind bad english (and what is more, I understand your English perfectly, it's definitely not bad)

My immediate reaction is that this may be related.
Thanks to all ...
For the first problem (shared folders) now it's better!
For the other problems.... no ideas ?
Can i delete the older profile in XP ? The "Parallels one" ?
