Problem with brightness in Mac Os Big Sur

From I upgraded to Mac Os Big Sur I have brightness change all the time in my Windows machine (only in full screen).

I have a Mac Mini.

Could you please help me?

What's the difference in behaviour between windowed and full screen?

Yes I have VMWare Fusion 12 and in full screen the brightness is changing of intensity all the time and in one window, the intensity is constant.

Yes, "workarounds" help, but after more than a year, is the problem being addressed? The response by VMWare on that thread has seemingly died off. Does anyone know if it still exists in Monterey?
