Problem with VMWare Fusion and Latest version of El Capitan v10.11.4

Fusion is failing when running on the latest release of El Capitan.

When I am running a Windows 7 client using Fusion after a period of time the familiar Mac pinwheel starts to spin; Fusion locks up.  After 30 seconds or so VMWare times out I receive the following message "Cannot find a valid peer process to connect to".  VMWare needs to be restarted to recover.

Fortunately Fusion is able to recover nicely but after working for another 10 or 15 minutes it starts all over again... it spins out of control and I am forced to restart Fusion.  I am part of the El Capitan beta program and I have not experienced any problems with Fusion until yesterday's final release of the OS; version 10.11.4

Have you restarted the Mac recently?

Typically that error means the kernel extensions aren't loaded so the UI can't talk to the backend services ('peer processes').

90% of the time a restart will fix it.
