Problem with Mouse in VMWare Fusion

Hello. I am having problems with VMware Fusion on my Mac Pro. I try to install Linux by pointing the application to a downloaded iso. When I boot the OS, it starts up, but the mouse does not work. The cursor does not even appear. This happens with all Linux distros.

Uninstalling "USB Overdrive" fixed the problem.
