Problem connection backup drive

I purchased a new external backup drive which is not recognized as a drive in Windows, but is recognized by my Mac.

MacOS version? (Host OS)

Fusion version?

Windows version? (Guest OS)

How are you connecting the drive to the Mac, and to the VM?

Hi Ispotash,

 

Would you please format the external drive to NTFS or ExFAT and see if it helps?
