Problème USB 3 VMWare Fusion avec Windows 7

I'm French, So, if you want a english version of this post, just tell me. Thanks.

Bonjour,

Cependant, impossible d'y connecter mon HDD.

Geetix.

NB : J'ai un Macbook Pro 13" Rétina mi-2014.

In the VM's Settings under USB & Bluetooth > Advanced USB options >  USB Compatibility: set it to USB 2.0 and then if it doesn't connect properly the workaround it either connect it to a USB 2.0 Port on the Host or use a USB 2.0 Hub between it and the Mac.  Also, just using a USB 2.0 extension cable might buffer it down to be used as a workaround too.

Microsoft Windows 7 does not support USB 3.0 with in-box drivers like Windows 8 does, therefore since Microsoft does not provide native support for USB 3.0 in Windows 7 neither does VMware.

Yes, it works.

But, I don't really have the benefits of USB 3 (speed), what a shame !

Thanks for your help.
