Printer won't print more than one copy

Hi,

Weird problem developed recently using an Epson Workforce 600: The printer won't print more than one copy of a document even though I type, say, "3" in the number of copies box in the printer dialogue.  This happens only on the Windows side (Windows XP).  On the Mac side, it will print whatever number I tell it.  Any help greatly appreciated...Win

How is your printer connected to the Windows guest via thinprint, as USB or Bonjour?

Would be better that you do a reinstall of the VMware Tools at the first place.

First, thank you for replying. It is connected via USB cable. I'm sorry but I don't know what thinprint or Bonjour are.

I noticed VMWare Tools wasn't appearing in the task bar so I just installed it again (it seems to "go away" periodically) but the problem persists. I can print multiple copies from the Mac side.  Any further suggestions are most appreciated.
