Pricing of Fusion 12

I currently have a license for Fusion 10.  Am I correct in that, if I wanted to upgrade to Fusion 12 Player, I'm better off buying Fusion 11 now ($49 vs $79), but if I'm interested in Fusion 12 Pro, I'm better off waiting until it's released. ($99 vs $119)?

That's correct, tho it depends if you need macOS 10.14 support or not.

Fusion 12 won't support 10.14 Hosts, so if you need that you'll want to buy before Fusion 11.5 goes away.

If you do buy Fusion 11, you'll get auto-upgraded to v12 for free, and the old license is not destroyed, so you can use it as one of your '3 personal devices'.
