Dear Friends,

I m going to start using Windows 8.1 on Fusion:

hardware  Imac 27" 2gb GeForce Screen resolution 2560X1440

but I m getting the graphic adaptor 256MB and maximum resolution 2048X1536

is there any solution to get normal settings on VMware fusion.

I have no problem getting 2560x1440 on my 27" Thunderbolt Display in a Windows 8.1 Virtual Machine.

Are VMware Tools installed?

I've never used Fusion but in vSphere whenever I run into a resolution issue I need to increase the video adapter memory in the VM settings.

So as to avoid any confusion, that vSphere setting is not available from the VMware Fusion UI.
