I keep receiving this message when I try to download VMWare Fusion Pro

KB • Message ID 621: Download request is under review for eligibility (1031472) 

My profile has my name and address and the correct Country.  I need this software to complete my SANS training.

Hi,

If you have a license then you have the most important part.
A trial version is no different from the normal binaries.
Not sure why you are getting a silly download restriction, but you can just download without even having to login or buy anything:

https://vmware.com/go/getfusion

which is the direct link to the latest binaries.
