Outlook crashing/freezing when panes opened on 2nd monitor (Windows 11 VM on Mac hosts OS 12.13.1)

My Outlook is Outlook crashing and/or freezing when email window panes are opened on my 2nd monitor (Windows 11 VM on Mac hosts OS 12.13.1) Can anyone help please?

I found this below (similar issue) but seems to refer to Horizon.
