Under ( VMWare Fusion>Preferences>General>Performance) we have a choice of:
Optimize for Virtual Machine Performance
Optimize for OSX Applications
The default selection is "Optimize performance for Virtual Machine Performance."
I am running a 2.4Ghz iMac with 4MB of memory. One (1) MB of that memory is dedicated to the VM which is WinXP/SP3. "Optimize for Virtual Machine Performance" . . . the default condition . . . . is selected.
Should this configuration degrade my OSX application performance to an observable degree?
