OpenGL Error, activate 3D Graphics?

Hi,

I downloaded VMware Fusion and wanted to play a Game on Windows with my Macbook M1. When I wanted to start the Game there was a OpenGL 3.3 Error. I read a bit and thought that maybe activating the 3D Graphics could fix it, but I cant activate the setting to activate it. Its grayed out. I am not experienced at all and don't know what the problem is. I installed VMware Tools but nothing else.

Greets and thanks for the help!

If you read the release notes, official guide, and unofficial guide you'll see that the vmware tools have only limited functionality right now.  Specifically, the graphics drivers do not include 3d acceleration.

We hope/expect to have updated tools sometime soon, best guess is that we'll get an update after WWDC, so figure late June or early July for full support.

The 2023 Tech Preview (which will become the next version of Fusion later this year) has support for DirectX 11 3d graphics. I don’t think it supports OpenGL.
