Obtaining Personal Use install and license key

Hi, 

I've been trying for hours to obtain the dmg and key, for the private use Fusion offering following site registration, but the site seems to be a circular mess of redirections and reactivation requests.  

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas of the solution.

I've seem several users complain about the web site, and redirects.
To help VMware figure out what may be wrong, please describe how (from where) you are trying to register for the personal license.

I have been trying to get a personal use key for an hour, tried Safari and Chrome, disabled ad-blockers... nothing works. 

When navigating to: https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/evalcenter?p=fusion-player-personal

I enter my login info I get "Unable to process your request. Please try again later." every time.

Private/Incognito mode in a browser with no plugins installed seems to be the common 'now it works' theme.
