No Wireless Connections

Running latest High Sierra on a Macbook Pro, VMware Fusion 10.1.1 and Windows 7 VM. I do see any available wireless networks, The Mac sees them just fine. I have looked at settings in Fusion and Windows but am ar a loss, Bridged or NAT makes no difference. Help please, thanks.

There are no wireless connections in the guest.  Fusion virtualizes the host connection as a LAN connection.

Ok thanks. Is the NAT selection the best choice then as far as performance goes? Internet access seems slow.
