No Operating System was found - Bootcamp (System trying to Network Boot)

I am trying to run Bootcamp using VMware 8.1

When booting up it is trying to network boot.?

I can run Bootcamp natively by holding the Alt key during boot and selecting the Windows Partition

I have a mac mini with 2 x hdd

Win and Mac software are on a SSD drive

If I look at Disk Utility the

Bootcamp Drive is known ad disk0s4

I have tried hitting the F2 button on start up to change the Boot order but no luck

When I installed Win 10 I had to create a bootup USB with win 10 on it..

Was thinking of trying rawdiskcreator to create a new vmdk file pointing to the drive and partition where Bootcamp presently sits.

Is there any risk in doing this that I could lose access to the native Bootcamp if it does not work?

I have also attached the VMware Diagnostics Report
