New Hard drive

I recently had to replace the Hard Drive on my MacBook Pro and I re-downloaded VM Fusion with my product key.  Now I just need to figure out how to get back in to my Boot Camp / virtual machine.  I see where I am given the following options

1:  migrate your PC

2:  install macOS from the recovery partition

3:  import an existing virtual machine

4:  install from Boot Camp

5:  create a custom virtual machine

I'm not quite sure what to do next.  Probably an easy question for someone who knows what they are doing!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you migrate the boot camp partition to the new drive?   If so, you'll use option 4.

You need to select " Install from Boot Camp"

If you the Bootcamp partition is available, you will get two options:

1. Create a Boot Camp virtual Machine

** This option will run the boot camp as a virtual machine

2. Import your Bootcamp volume

** This option will import the boot camp as a independent virtual machine. Post import it will run as a independent virtual machine in Fusion with no connection with the native bootcamp volume.
