I am pretty well versed in both Mac os and Vista but not all too versed in networking and here is what I need someone to chew up for me: How do I see my WORKGROUP computers that are connected to a windows network in my office from my Fusion partition. The MAC operating system sees these computers, and so does the Vista system if i start it in boot camp. But if I turn on my Fusion virtual machine, no matter what networking setting i choose in the options, I cannot see the other machines in Windows. Please help out and let me know if this is possible or not and if so then how. Thanks!
I would expect this to only work in bridged mode. When you switch networking options, does general networking still work (e.g. are you getting a new DHCP lease or otherwise configuring the network correctly)?
