Need to run VMs with XP and Windows 10. Where can I find instructions to set up 2nd VM?

I have older software that runs on XP, but other now requires a higher Windows OS. I have Windows 10, but cannot figure out how to make a second VM.

you can create a new VM from the File menu to install the required guest OS on it (see e.g. https://kb.vmware.com/kb/1013810)
