Mouse will not work in Fusion

Hi,

Went to use my Fusion VM and my mouse will not work it moves but when you click the mouse the cursor does nothing other than disappear, I have tried a new VM build no joy, I have reinstalled no joy, I have removed fusion and re-installed no joy

Sadly there appears to be no way of getting support on product even though it is of current release

Anything I try results in the same issue no mouse at all.

Has anyone got any fix for this

SetUp is Mac Book Pro i7 16GB RAM SSD

OS Catalina 10.15.6

Fusion is 11.5.5

Hi,

Smells a bit like Catalina throwing a wrench into things.

Have you checked: apple menu -> System Preferences -> Security & Privacy

Privacy tab -> Accessibility

Is Fusion there listed and checked? If not add it.

If it is, then remove it and add it back.
